    I miss José Fernández. There's a few players that come around every few years that embody the "men playing a kid's game" spirit and Jose was one of them. Gone way too soon.

    The sportsmanship compilations are so much shorter than the angry moment ones.

    • @KennyVee
      @KennyVee 4 роки тому +86

      Yes, but they are much more important videos.
      Sometimes all of us have our bad moments. What's important is how we RESPOND to those moments. I'll take 20 "sportsmanship" videos over 200 angry moment videos every day. ESPECIALLY when it shows the person who messes up up acknowledging that they messed up.
      Sports are unimportant, but that's what makes them so important. Because if we can all have these "sportsmanship moments" in our own lives, where we grow up and admit mistakes instead of fighting over them, the world would be a better place.

    Man, I always respected Ron Washington. He made some mistakes and he never once denied or lied about it. And he always made up for it even though it didn’t affect anyone but him. He should have been a manager much sooner. He did great in Texas especially managing the personalities that were on those WS teams.

    Some of my favorite moments, hands down. We are talking about one of the hardest sports in existence, where little mistakes can dramatically change the outcome of both a pitch and a hit. When it's clearly accidental and the person apologizes, that's where it should end.
