    I made this exactly but my pie was still undercooked in the centre but the top was burnt . Luckily i was able to just cut off the top part . i saw in the comments that you used powdered sugar and not granulated sugar and i think that could be why mine burned . Pls include what type of sugar you use because the speed up video makes it hard to tell

    Will tha tarts not burn at the same temp they being baked again after the filling

      I didn't.. but its ok to add 2 to 3 tbsp of ice cold water.

    Unfortunately the crust was not stable at all and came just flat and crumbly. I have to replace the crust with the proven crust I always use: 2/3 cups oil, 1/3 milk and 2 1/4 flour with a bit of salt.
