When a superyacht Captain friend of mine told me he was buying an Axopar boat I was intrigued by his contagious enthusiasm. I had never heard of this brand before, so I decided to do a little research and report back to you!

The Brabus 37 Axopar is a thing of both beauty and terror at the same time. It's a beast. Axopar build awesome, robust and terrifyingly fast boats. What's not to like?

Thanks for presenting these boats, I have been looking to purchase something in a range of 35' to 40' and now thanks to your info I will definitely look into that boat because it seems very nice. I hope that self imposed limit of € 200 k will be enough for top model with outboard. All the best and let us hope that all of us will weather this COVID 19 safely. Over here in Berlin is not yet that bad as in Italy and hope it won't go that far. All the best and good luck to all of you who read this comment.
Thanks David, great video! The Axopar 37 Cross cabin is a great boat; the only thing that lets it down is the optional shower, as it is an afterthought. Stay safe!

I've wachted few videos of these magnifisent boats and started to love it. Well I might Be slightly biast cause I'm from Finland also 😁. Good offshore capabilities, speed, handling in all conditions and range of 37xc would make it perfect weekend cruiser.

There are some segments of UA-cam that say pretty bad things about their competition or people that are in the same genres you might see collaborations but typically they don't do the same thing. One could say all three of these channels are in competition for views or you could have the opinion that these three channels help each other flourish and receive more views it's just nice to see
YFS is the reason I got into the You Tube Boating World. Thank you for all the great content over the years, it's extremely educational for someone like me who wants to purchase a yacht in the near future. Love Axopar - They make great boats! Maybe your next video could be a "day in the life of" working within the quarantine? Are you able to go to the office? Or is your office in the video actually at your home? I'm in the US and I'm able to go to work (my line of work actually has increased during this time), but it's suggested we stay home and not gather in groups of 250 or more (although, I don't know anyone who gathers in groups that large, outside super markets).
Blooming heck I've been following you for ages and just assumed you were in the US... this whole pandemic is absolutely devastating the world as we know it but it is wonderful to know that a second person who has big influence in my life is safe and well while locked down in Italy. Think it's only time before we are locked down in England, I was at my house nr Venice the week before the lock down happened. Making it back to England just days before the Italian government had to make that very difficult decision to lock down the country. My friends in the village are safe, but there are now three cases in a very small town. Keep putting out your vlogs. It is good to keep up our spirits.. be safe!
I believe I saw several Axopar 37 Cabins in norwegian waters last summer.
Thank for the vary wise words about the Virus. The video did surprise about the engines being extra. I really am considering a 37 xc for so long weekend live abroad in so. FL. But thing i need more creature features. At 74 years old i'm fond of A/C more than 50 knots.
It would be great to see all 3 UA-cam channels in one video about a really special boat

David, There is another line of boats that resemble the Axopar line. This line I recommend this line as well. I am a fan of Axopar but the Nimbus line of boats offer a more varied range of models.. The Nimbus line basically looks like the Axopar just on steroids. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

Thanks Andy, I don't have much choice but to stay safe at the moment...hardly set foot outside my house! Thankfully I have some land around the house so I can get out this afternoon and do some work on the land. I may start a new channel called "Farmer Dave".

Funny to see a picture from the Axopar Dealer "Boote Polch" in Traben-Trarbach in Germany in your vlog.--> 24" Hardtop Photo on the river. They have an own channel here on UA-cam, videos are usually in German language.
Lock Down : guess this will get a tough year for yacht brokers, charter agents, charter yachts, etc. as many borders will be closed. In Germany we are even asked not to travel for leisure but only for business.
I myself am in homeoffice now for 3 weeks as i have to do dialysis 3 times a week and there are many elderly people which might not cope with the Corona Virus. And i will be in homeoffice for several months i expect. Luckily this is possible, as i work in an office building with approx 2000 colleagues. Hence risk for infections is comparable high.

Axopar is not the first rodeo for the guys behind the company. The 2 founders started Aquador in the mid 90's and sold it to Bella boats few years later. Then they founded Paragon yachts and sold it to Nimbus in 2008. Then they went on to start XO boats and sold that company in 2012. Axopar is the fourth boat company they have launched together.

PS I like your videos as well as from Tristan the Super Yacht Commodore and Nick the Aquaholic. Its quite clear that your customers demand an other setup of the whole production.. Different markets, segments, different demands.

The 37 spider shown appears to be way longer than 37 ft.
Do you have options for engines. I saw the 37ft. from Super Yacht Cpt. but could not see what kind of engines he is using for their chase boat. This would give me a better idea of money spent. Thanks.

I love how the auto generated captions translate it as “Akzo Pod”. I had to do a double take and then the penny dropped.
Just one point to make, the 37 has the heads wide open below with just a wooden top over it. If you’re spending that amount of cash then PLEASE have an enclosed heads. My wife took one look at it at Southampton Boat Show, snorted her disgust and that was it. Bye bye Axopar......

David, just letting you know...aquaholic walkthroughs are more enlightening as he always includes engine rooms, range etc. Your marketing videos are more concerned with the decor and the image...which is understandable. Where aquaholic fails is he usually fails to give you a good image of the outside of the boat, ie looking form the quayside or from the sea. He tends to walk straight onboard so while you get a fabulous detailed look at the inside.... you have to use your imagination more as to how the outside appearance of the boat is. Not a criticism... you have a different perspective as you clearly state in the above video.
