@@jakerazmataz852To be even more fair, I worked at CITIFIELD (Mets Stadium). When you purchase a ticket you are not signing a waiver. The tickets themselves say that everything is digital. Even though, no one actually signs anything or actually agrees to them approving of being recorded & having it displayed. It’s literally fair game when you’re out in PUBLIC. Now making an entire commercial based on an individual that was in a stadium is a totally different story.

The legality of posting a video online to the public is based on if the video was taken legally. So it's not illegal to record in public so therefore it's not illegal to post those recordings.
