Are they non-slip? I work in a kitchen, and I take my bike to work daily. I don’t want to have to wear non-slip slip-on’s all day. Will these prevent me from slipping on oil and water?

what is the height of these boots? 8 inches or 10?

The height is right at 8 inches. The heel is just under an inch tall so about 9 inches if you measure from the bottom of the heel. Cheers! -Brandon
