Just now got that code. Eng 1 SPN 100 FMI 1. I shut it down as soon as it happened. Oil pressure was fine and all the sudden went to zero. Never had an oil pressure issue and all the sudden nothing. Hope my engine isn't boned.
December 08 2022 Man It just happened to me while I’m type this message I’m waiting for towing ….I had the truck for 2 years…2015 had no trouble till now….I just left TA after taking 10 hours break…I start the truck to warm it up …everything is fine …temperature get 150 I start moving slowly…by the time I get to hwy ramp …red check engine came out . I stopped right away shut down the engine…check the oil I add 1 gallon….start the truck same thing…I thought maybe the oil pressure sensor..clean the plug n try same thing…by the 5th or 6 time starting the engine now it get to point can’t start anymore…last time engine sound very good nothing wrong ( sound wise) batteries 🔋 is 12.9 …but engine heavy to ranks….now I feel something internally….wish me luck ….hopefully something with oil suction…I don’t know

You have a wrong mechanic my friend with very low knowledge about dd15. Because of oil pick up design in dd15 Low oil pressure is 99% from either cracked plastic suction manifold or dry oil pick up orings and only 1% your sensor can go dad . Every mechanic who does know dd15 would have told you to change oil pick up tube orings and suction manifold at maximum of 400k miles because it’s such a critical
I had my engine rebuilt, as the dealer told me that the crank shaft got sealed up and it had to be replaced. I’ve check 2 different Deallers just to make sure and they both told me the same thing

I have the same code on one I’m working on and I have no power to the oil pressure sensor so idk bro might want to check it out.
