Hanae Mori is my #1 favorite of all time over everything I have, have been using it for years and I do have a crazy big collection of brands. Yet for me this reigns number Uno.
Bought 3 bottles of hanae mori last year. Used it during cold weather in korea and it worked perfectly well. I live in a humid weathered country. Works as well too. No complains about the price point too. Performance lasted like a beast for me 😀

Such a coincidence.. I tried Alien Man Mirage just today. It's unique and appealing on it's own. I really liked it and it shocked me to see how the people in fragrantica/parfumo speak ill of it! Way better than other Aliens for men. Had both Hanae Mori HM EDT and EDP. EDT is more citrusy/airy and EDP more chocolate/gourmand. EDT is better. In the EDP, the clash of citrus and chocolate gets you really tired in the end. Thumbs up to you for finding and sharing these gems with us all
You are absolutely right about that Hanae Mori - as a frag collector some guy walked passed me - I asked what he was wearing, sure enough it was Hanae Mori HM - it has that effect for sure

Shhhh! Don't let everyone know about Hanae Mori. It has been one of my everyday scents for years (pretty much my Signature Scent for summer). Lasts for hours, lots of compliments, very unoffensive and safe to wear to the office. One of my all-time favorites. I've gone thru several bottles, and I imagine I will never be without it.
Great list as always, Steven... definitely Hanae Mori and Tous have some pretty inexpensive good ones especially great pick ups at Marshalls and TJ Maxx...
Also it's funny I see Aspen on your shelf, when I was 16 I loved wearing that one, lol feel like I'm dating myself on that one. My 2nd favorite is Cerruti Image.

As a fragrance seller and exporter (my partner in Costa Rica directed me here), I'm always looking for scents that might be a little less widely known. I try to sample everything I offer, but sometimes that is just impractical (particularly when shipments drop directly in other countries). Between you and a few other fragrance reviewers I follow, I feel like I can offer confident consultations, even for something I've not tried myself. Oh, and feel free to recommend some of YOUR favorite reviewers. There are too many to possibly find all the hidden gems.

Trussardi, Tous and Hanae Mori :-) Another one I was thinking about is Laura Biagiotti. I will take into consideration your recommendations when selecting from those 3 designer brands. I noticed in my recent visit to a couple of malls here in Houston that Tous opened a stand-alone boutique. Need to check it out too :-)
Hi Steven, nice video, I believed you and Carlos prefer Unwind from Tumi , I will try to look for it. Now, one underrated scent that I do like is Azzaro Chrome Pure, received it as a gift, smells beautiful and is even long lasting, has haba tonka and is sweeter than the Acqua. Another underrated one that was absolutely forgotten and thank God is being sold in Cans is Canali Cologne, the one I told you I couldn't find. Had two cans from Ebay and is still the one I loved in the last century. Warm regards Lazaro Broitman

Thanks for the info! I went to TUMI and got a sample of both the Awaken and the Unwind. I can see what you mean about Awaken getting compliments. That said, it did not last on my skin. For what it’s worth, I actually liked the Unwind a bit more. It smelled a bit more sophisticated and lasted longer. I think I’ll pass on purchasing, but it was fun trying them out. Pretty fun testing something outside of the norm. P.S. The Unwind reminded me a bit of the D&G K Eu de Parfum.
Great vid!! The scents that I receive a lot of compliments from are Sexual ParisPour Homme, and Banana Republic Black Platinum. BRBP I just got a couple of weeks ago and every time I've worn it I've gotten multiple compliments. One in front of my wife.

Yes Steven... Dior Sauvage is super popular and well known by the masses. Ppl always ask me “ are you wearing “ SAVAGE “ 🤣 i have to correct them and ask “Sauvage ? “ and I say no its Molecule 02 by Escentric Molecules or I may be wearing Hindu Kush by Mancera which smells nothing like Sauvage 🤷🏽♂️
My SOTD is Tous Man Sport it's delicious so I definitely want to check out 1920 The Orgin...and I don't wear fragrances to get compliments either,( I wear them for myself) and sometimes it not a compliment I get, instead its a nice hug 😎
If I had to choose one underrated compliment getter that I own it would be L'Aventure Blanche by Al Haramain. All time, I think I would go with Cerruti Image. Do you think you could get Dua to resurrect Cerruti Image? #imageme
Just noticed drug store favorite Coty Aspen on the shelf in the back. Weirdly I got rid of mine.. I like the scent but I just never wore it. Too one dimensional, it doesn’t really develop. But props for including a cheapie in your display!

I really dont get it how Nautica voyage is being mentioned so much by reviewers as a great fragrance, to me it smells like dish washing detergent I used to have...Although it was extreamly cheap I regret buying it...
