Notre Dame fan here... I am craving some College Football, so I am really glad I came across this video. First, I want to Congratulate Georgia, the Team/Players, Coaches, and all Staff associated with the Team. Also, to the University of Georgia itself. Just an amazing accomplishment! Finally, the Bulldogs Fans... Congratulations! I am also a life long Chicago Cubs fan, so I know how special it is when you've been waiting a while between Championships! I want to also say that I have posted several times about my meeting a bunch a Georgia fans when the 2 Teams played in South Bend. Tailgating prior to Kickoff that day was one of the single greatest days I have ever had at South Bend for a Notre Dame game... made so because of the 12 or so Georgia fans who joined us. Long story short (too late), salt of the earth people and they were a lot of fun! I am genuinely thrilled that Georgia won the 2021 National Championship! First of many! Anyway, the reason I even wanted post a comment... THIS DEFENSE! Don't get me wrong, I love the modern, wide open Offenses as much as anybody. It's great to watch long TD passes and great runs by a RB. Yet, the best part of the game is Defense. I love great Defenses! The game is just better when there are a certain number of truly dominant Defenses throughout College Football. And they peaked at the perfect time... They were NOT going to go home without that Championship. Ok, so (just in case anyone ever reads this😃) what does the Defense look like this Season? Also, is there a chance that the Offense takes that next step, possibly becoming as dominant as the D? Thanks, and have a great season!
With how Kirby has recruited it should have the talent but may take a step back but should still be pretty stout. The offense on the other hand should be about the same if not better.
Defense was one of the greatest in the history of the sport last year so that will be hard to repeat. If anyone could do it though it would be Kirby. Offense should be a little better as long as we have some receivers step up. Tight end room may be the best in the country.
I will never enjoy quite as good a year as last year. My Bulldogs won the natty, my Braves won the World series and my old high school football team, Benedictine Military in Savannah, Georgia, won a state title!
15 IN THE FIRST 6 ROUNDS. Really unbelievable. Having said that, they said we could have 3-4 first-rounders in next year's draft. So I have high expectations for this team.
@@stevenroberts614 I'm nervous I believe in the coaching staff for the first time in a long long time... But losing 15 players opens up the possibility of a lot of rookie mistakes next year. Most of the time those rookie mistakes become costly mistakes

This defense was absolutely insane this team finally got what they deserved a win over bama to avenge all the previous heartbreak and a national title to end a long drought. Then went 15-0 the next year when everyone doubted them for losing so many defensive players. What a story
