These mini Oreo Cheesecakes are easy to make and all in one bowl... perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
1) 1 1/3 Packets of Oreo biscuits [crushed] - you can add more
2) 35g of Butter [melted]
3) 180g of Cream-cheese
4) 65g of Caster Sugar
5) 300ml of Double-cream
6) Approx 18 Oreo biscuits for decorating on top

I used the usual whipping double-cream that's usually kept in the fridge. You can use any double-cream that you have locally. Hope that helps 😀

You needed a bigger tip since the cream cheese was lumpy and maybe mini oreo cookies since your dessert cups were to small.

Don't worry, you don't have to use vanilla extract; it's purley to enhance the flavour. I have made oreo cheesecake with and without vanilla extract and it tastes just as good.
