Did the hitch coupler (trailer end) clearance decrease? It looked like the add-on closed the gap and may not allow the coupler edge to slide over the ball without contacting the add-on muffler.
My rsx 850i is super loud but I believe most of the noise is engine noise but I believe I also now have an exhaust Leake too so I need to take the bed off and really check it out and the exhaust Sheila's a noisy also they have to go
Two things: no one uses an ATV at idle. What is baseline noise versus DIY muffler noise at at least half maximum RPM...say 3000 RPM ? Not exactly DIY unless you are a welder. Nice installation job though...just need more information.
Anyone with a simple mig welder can install this kit. In addition we idle around and run at part throttle all the time which is where this kit really works well. Nobody who is running wide open cares about the noise level. These UTV's have a lot of drivetrain noise so any reduction in overall noise level really helps! Thanks for your comment.

Why not buy a Silent Rider ATV silencer and not have to weld it?
Silent Rider is a lot more money and not better quality.
