Beckman is a great choice to take over Force's seat. He is not only a former FC world champ, he is at the top of the game when it comes to being personable and representing sponsors. He is a great representative for our sport. Let's hope this opportunity keeps him driving for many years.
I worked at a school where Jacks kids attended in so cal for the better part of 7 years. He would drop them off and pick them up all the time. He and his family are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet. Jack is a total professional that has just had a break to hang out with his family for a bit. With his experience he is probably as fast if not faster than he has ever been. This should be very fun to watch.

I hate to see John Force out of commission. I'm a huge fan, I was really pushing to see him this year and I did get to see him in Bristol, Tennessee this past June. Just two weeks before his wreck. I was able to meet him, take pictures and get an autograph. Also saw Brittany and Austin Prock. I meet Beckman about 5 years ago in Atlanta. He was a very nice guy. I think he will make a wonderful addition to team Force.Get well soon John! 😊 We love you
Four year's ago it was sad to see Jack got let go from Don's team , now really exciting to see Jack's back. JFR made an excellent choice to put Jack as John's sub.

Jack was a great choice..I've known Jack since he was a buck Sargent (E-4) in the Air Force snd I was a Technical Sargent (E-6)..We were at different bases in Southern California..He was running Super Comp at LACR in Palmdale and I was crewing my dogs Eddie and Phils bikes is how we met.I was in unifom that day..I thinking about buying a Super Gas car and talked to Jack for some advice...Even though he became a big time funny car driver and I retired from the Air Force and now crew on Keith Raftery Top Sportsman car. Whenever we are at the same race we reminisce about how long we've know each other and still are good friends today.
Like so many others who have commented below, I agree, Jack Beckman is a great choice to drive for John Force Racing. He's shown over the years he's a first class guy, well spoken, likable and a winner and Champion. If we never see John behind the wheel again it will be sad but knowing his car will remain a top competitor kinda makes the entire event alil eaiser to accept. I'm just glad John is still with us and especially for his family. Get Well John - we all miss you and can't wait for you to get back to the track.
