I love the Oracle... Scorch is just so good on that ship. I don't shield buffer tank mine personally, as I prefer to have a small cap booster and the MJD with MWD in the mids. It saves time having to warp off and allows you to reposition on grid. You can use it offensively as well to great effect!

If you are shield tanking in an Amar ship you are doing something seriously wrong.
