I once played as a goalkeeper and it sucked for me because if I don’t have defenders or the guy in front as one hell of a shot, I’m screwed because I’m not physically imposing to cover the net (1m73). Every penalty I had to save either went in or the guy missed the net. I only made one legit save for the time I played and it’s one hell of a reward because the guy in front thinks it surely goes in and so do you. But there are keys to it. You always got to be active and see where the player is gonna place his foot to shoot and only wait until you see where he points his foot next to the ball so he doesn’t faint you because if he does, you’re screwed but if you don’t take it, he has less power to shoot but so do you for your deplacement.
