Great video! 💚 Would you still recommend this for a beginner at the end of 2022? I’ve been between Tiny Go, Cinelog 25, TinyHawk III, and Cetus Pro. As a filmmaker, the cinelog 25 appeals to me but this being my first fpv drone I am afraid of crashing it if it is not too durable. If I had to go with a set, the tinygo seems awesome with 4k recording, I just wish the goggles had a removable monitor and would fit glasses users.
Honestly, the DJI Avata is a great filmmaking tool for both experienced and novice pilots, alike. If you just want to learn to fly, The Tinyhawk 3 is great for several reasons, 3 of which are: 1. The goggles can be a stand alone screen 2. The radio can be used with other drones which are D8 compatible (I don't believe the tiny go radio is compatible with many other drones) 3. The quad itself is a great indoor flyer, giving you the chance to fly and crash, without much risk if destroying it or a high quality camera. But, one again, if you can spend the money, and if your goal is filmmaking, the Avata is just perfect.
@@readysetdrone Thanks so much for the advice! Yeah didn’t think too much of the avata but would definitely be nice in my kit. Budget is not a concern, though I did want to both learn how to fly and also figured a very small fpv drone would allow me to get unique indoor footage in hard to reach places that I wouldn’t be able to get with a mini 3 or magic 3. Plus it’d be fun haha 🚁
Ok cool. As long as you know what your goal is and are aware that the controller with the tiny go probably won't work with other quads you might buy in the future. It's a great little quad with decent on board recording. Have fun! 👍
Great review, it's what made me get one. Can the controller be used for a sim or do I need to get another controller to practice my virtual acro? Thanks
Hey man I love your video and this video actually inspired me to buy this specific kit. I was wondering what other types of batteries work with this drone I want to increase my flight time?
Howdy, Kelly, and Happy New Year. This TinyGO seems to be a cool little FPV drone, especially coming as a complete kit. Thank you for this entertaining and informative video. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year holiday. Take Care.
@@readysetdrone I have and it’s a sweet bird. Really easy to fly out in the shop. I have a place at my work I want to do a video with it. It’s in a building and I think it would do well in there
Looks really good. I was looking to order this do you know the difference between option 1 and option2 when trying to order the bundle. The site doesn't say. Thanks
Do you mean "mode 1" and "mode 2"? Mode 1 has the throttle on the right stick. Mode 2 has the throttle on the left stick. The USA mostly uses Mode 2, but other countries do use Mode 1. Kinda like driving on the right or left side of the road. Hope that helps!
It depends on your budget, really. The downside of this kit is that there's not much room to grow, meaning you will likely have to purchase a better, more compatible, radio as well as better goggles in the future. The new DJI Avata is pricey, but looks like a great choice for high quality digital FPV flying, for beginners. Another option is the Emax tinyhawk 3, which is a cheaper option (it's also analog rather than digital) and there's some room to upgrade your drones but continue to use the radio and goggles.
I got a question, does the FPV Drone goggle view have 4K? Or does it stay looking like a vhs tape? I also see that there are 2 versions, one is normal, and another says 4K. Does the 4K resolution come with the 4K version or do you have to buy some sort of card like you said in the beginning?
The goggles themselves are three standard "VHS" appearance. The 4k version records on board, on the drone itself. You will have to buy and put a micro SD card in the slot on the drone in order to record 4k footage. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for watching!
