They're probably great. You get the bad LDL-B small, dense particle size from carbohydrates. All the good and benign stuff comes from meat and saturated fats. Just not transfats. Hydrogenated anything is unhealthy.

And that garlic butter they give you to dip the king crab has a weird flavor. The $99 menu is grill-yourself. The $139, they will grill the meats for you.
Something feels kinda off about all the cooking process being distilled to just a machine rotating a heated drum but...then again, that's not very different from fast food joints reheating premade foods before serving it to the customer...
