The crab and lobster is ok , but not anywhere near the Gulf of America Blue Crab. The Gulf can't be beat for seafood taste , especially the white shrimp or Royal Reds . Grouper Snapper are superior in flavor from the Carriebean. The Chinese send a ship to New Orleans and buy every Gulf White Shimp they can get . Depleting the supply to where they can't be found at any resturant or market for several weeks.

Why does the Asian countries likely to eat either medium or large size raw oysters? Look not fry appetizing. North America tend to stick with either small or extra small sizes.
I'll share my opinion as an asian and the answer is so that we can get worth what we pay 😂 like if the buffet has this premium lobster, trust me, we asian will be come back for more and more for that lobster till it vanish.. 😂😂
I’ll share my opinion as a Bostonian. Over in Massachusetts, we don’t have access to super large oysters. The largest we have are Wellfleets. I’m guessing that the large oysters are found mostly in Asian countries.
@@SnowyCountryChicken I c. And those small or extra small are all farm raised. I don’t see any oysters beds much in Asian. Especially in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.
I believe it depends on the region. Living down south and attending plenty of seafood boils and oyster roasts, the preferred oyster is meaty especially if we’re doing the shucking. As Boston stated, it depends on what you have access to. Louisiana and South Carolina usually supply the big oysters but I know there are probably bigger. I love a Beauregard❤
I enjoy watching your foodie videos. I can only watch them while I am eating. This is a compliment.

Pork is supposed to be more tender than beef , it's in the DNA ?
Grilled on a flatop adds smoke flavor ?
The guys clearing the tables are wearing a suit and tie and the guests are dressed like they're at the food court at Costco.😂

wowowowo so so yum
What is the restaurant's name ?????

That truffle puffed pastry was supposed to be a chix pot pie! Looks great although a bit loose/watery…
I'd pay $110 for that lunch buffet. I'd skip the bivalves, but would dive into the lobster and crab with abandon!
Wow I've never been so close to first before!
Grow up

$110 USD is a bargain for what you get. This is a bucket list type of experience.

I got full three times and gained 5 lbs just watching. Not bad for 100.00
Did he say what the buffet cost?
110$
if you watched the whole thing, he tells the price.
