Preparation:
1.Mesh:100-120(40-48T) mesh number.
2.Squeegee:65-75 dreegee squeegee sharp and flat.
3.Pigment:XG-series pigment mixing ratio 10%.
4.Catalyst:Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2%.
5.Hot-press:Hot press 170 ℃ for 15 seconds
Process:
Step1:HD silicone under printing 3 layers
HD silicone XG-866A 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Thinner XG-128AH 5G
Step2:Suede silicone printing 3 layer
Suede silicone XG-866ART 100G
Pigment silicone mixing ratio 10G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Thinner XG-128AH 10G
After each printing, the countertop dryer is dried 1-2 times at 120℃
Hot-press:Hot press 170 ℃ for 15 seconds
