Wow, I can’t believe the amount of beef and hate. Any group that makes it into Grand Nationals is amazing, some just win particular years. Coming to watch many of these performances, the music is phenomenal. I don’t understand how people can put other fellow musicians down. Carmel did great this year and so did Avon, Pride of Broken arrow, Union, Beechwood, etc. I love coming to see these hardworking people give me chills and bring me to tears. I will always love you BOA

That’s a rather narrow perspective. They do some technically incredible things - especially the guard. And the mastery of the design is in the detail, not the traditional model, but far more effective and interesting in my opinion. The activity is progressing.
Ray Medeiros they do march at drum corps speed... and play a lot harder stuff much better than college bands do. I've been IN this band AND a Big Ten marching band. This group is much much better haha
I am alumni who won 2012. And if you know anything about competitive marching you would find my statement correct. The level of quality in the top 5 at BoA is better than most drum corps. If you disagree, you might only know about world class haha.
