BE(Biological efficiency) for steaming and hot water treatment above 95% so yield also high but chemical treatment low BE 70% yield also low. If you prepare 5 beds (with 1kg dry grass)for 1kg spawn then you can calculate.

Bavistin itself is a fungicide so if ur not careful u can kill even the mushroom spawn 🤣🤣

Room temperature maybe effects, it should be above 32 degrees in the room
Which part of the country are you. I would like to have the spawn/seeds for that mushroom.
