I was really excited, and hoped existing sharepoint list could intergrate with loop, or that task are more easily editable. Maybe in the future, but definitely to much “preview” yet
Really enjoyed the guide and having started on the Loop journey, I am excited at its ability to assist not only me but the wider team at work. Found this video really easy to follow and it did answer some questions I had. I am intrigued by the use case where I have recurring meetings and bring in a single loop component of say a task list so that we can always see the consolidated list of tasks and have the people on that call collaborating on that list. Many thanks!
Love that idea. We didn’t show too much of that collaboration here, but in our own work, what you describe is exactly how we use Loop. So much potential!
@bulbdigital At around 10:35, you copy a Loop Component and paste it to a different page, which it then allowed it to be embedded as another instance of the Loop Component rather than a link. Is there some setting to allow that embedding to happen? Whenever I do this it only displays as a link. Thanks!
It's odd it's not working for you! Frankly that's like the core functionality of Loop. Maybe try a different browser to see if you have a different result? Either way, there's not really a setting as far as I know.
@@BulbDigital Thanks for your reply! I actually tried again some more, and if I copy a Loop Component and paste it to a new page it now works, but if I paste it to the same page it as a second instance on the same page it only shows a link. Kind of weird, but probably fine because I probably wouldn't have the same Loop Component on the same page more than once anyway. 👍
I think "need" is an interesting term, I'm not sure we would say that. There's lots of reasons to have background music on a video, but I'm not sure how far we'd get explaining, so I'll just say thanks for the feedback and we'll consider this in the future!
@BulbDigital I and others have commented negatively about your use of music and the level. I get the impression you think it's ok, however I recommend you learn more about video production and where music is used.
I agree Loop is far different from a "proper" intranet like a communication site. And without it currently supporting external access, using it for a client portal is a non-starter. For an internal collaboration space/knowledge base though, it's much more of a contender.
@eingoluq is like Notion and a lot of companies already uses Notion as Intranet or Communication site, just take a look for the hundreds of templates that a lot of people shares

Agreed! I would love to see a few extra layers added on the Loop side, the potential is definitely there.
It would be awesome that look can use planner and build roadmaps and Gannt charts
The videos are perfect and so is the background music- keep up the good work and thanks for making these helpful videos 😊
Thanks so much for the compliments! Glad you found it helpful.

We Just need a way to associate Loop Workspaces with Teams & SharePoint Sites/Groups
Totally agree, that would be great.

does loop have a Kanban board feature?
Not at the moment! Though you can drop a link to a Planner board and it will embed a view of the board right on the page.
Planner IS the Kanban feature
Select 'Template Gallery' when you create a new page and Kanban Board will be one of the options.
What is Your experience with SharePoint? be honest please ?
Hi Marcin! Why do you ask? Are you asking if we like SharePoint? Or are you asking how long we've worked with it?
I just found your channel and the content looks very useful, however, please could you lose the music. I find it unnecessary and distracting.
Thanks for the feedback!
Background music doesn't need fully removed but definitely needs lowered. Tough to hear you a lot of the time.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for the info! Not sure government equates to structure vs real time collaboration. Maybe we should chat about that ☺️
Backgroud music is too loud.
Thanks for the feedback @gviehmann!
Why does everyone feel we need to hear music in the background in addition to the person talking? Like why? Really? Why is this a thing?

Using Loop as an intranet or client portal is grossly misguided IMO.

@@BulbDigital I personally see it as a new generation of note taking and data gathering/collecting. OneNote and Loop should just merge at this point.
