Recommend viewing their alternate angle for this performance that focused primarily on Ale with her giant bass! Rumour has it it was recorded in order to get accepted into Berklee since she wasn’t even 10! She got in.
They also covered 'Resistance' by Muse in The Warning Cave about 7 months before this peformance. Another fun video to watch on their channel is called "11 years in the making" it's only 1 minute long and shows clips of them saying how much they love Muse and want to open for them and it ends with them being told they will be opening for Muse. Their reaction is so genuinely emotional it's a great watch.
I really like the cover of Resistance from the Cave. Dany multitasking her face off, Pau going ham on the drums, and Ale switching from fingers to pick and back (like a damn pro)!
Yes, not the usual video for this performance, not sure if I've ever seen this version. And in the late spring of 2015, the time of this recording, Ale was 10.
The Warning have always cited Muse as their single biggest inspiration. As you may, or may not, know they have opened for Muse 9 times. Four times in Mexico and Five in Europe. At the end of the European tour, Matt Bellamy gifted Dany a Manson Onyx 6 Guitar custom built for her. It is the only Mustard Yellow Onyx 6 Guitar in existence. She proudly plays it in a number of their performances.
This recording was basically Ale's "audition" to get an age wavier to get into the Berklee School of Music youth summer camp. At the time, Dany was the only one old enough. Between the media attention from the Ellen show and their obvious talent on display, I suspect Berklee caved pretty quick on the age issue. Especially when told their parents would accompany them.
Pau's song was the Foo Fighters song from this same show! She was too young also! Its so fun watching this whole concert and all of their classmates singing along!!!!!
I saw them at Plymouth with Muse, a double whammy for me, I like both bands a lot, it was an amazing experience! I’ve actually seen them 5 times in all, 2023 - Plymouth, Bush hall (Private concert for the crowdfunders) and Manchester. 2024 - Birmingham O2 academy and Manchester Academy 2. I’ve got my tickets for this year too, yes I’m a 73 year old TW addict 😂. Alé’s bass tutor is a Jazz bassist and by this time she was playing Jaco Pastorius stuff for fun! She’s never really used anything like her ability on bass, but if you listen to all of her bass runs and timing everything is inventive and on point. Like her sisters she doesn’t want to outshine her sisters. I really think that this is one of the things that makes them so special.
I don't know why, but I actually love the slight camera bounce right on the beat. as a music lover I like to think that either the volume is really loud or more than likely Pau is trying to break her bass drum.😁🤩😁🤩🥰
From their cover of Enter Sandman they were invited on The Ellen Show, which is a daytime talk show in the U.S. and she got Target Corp. to pay for TW to go to The Berklee School of Music in Boston, but Pau and Ale were too young, so Berklee told them to send them a video of them playing, so they set up this show up and filmed it. They played 4 covers and their whole EP called Escape the Mind. Each one of them got to pick a cover to play that showed their skills best and this is the song that Ale chose because of the Bass part. They later got to open for Muse when they came through Mexico and Muse invited them to come open for them at the end of their tour in Europe (Festival Season), which they did 5 more times. Matt gifted Dany a Manson guitar. You will know when you see it because it's Mustard Yellow.
They also covered Muse "Resistance" about a year earlier live from their home studio. Alejandra is 10 in this video and she could play this bass line two years earlier when she was 8. TW opened for Muse 9x between 2023 and 2024, 4x in Mexico and 5x in the UK. Matt Bellamy gifted Daniela a custom yellow Oryx 6 Manson guitar. There is no break in that bass line and Ale doesn't miss a note and is on time and in the pocket at 10 years of age and had only been playing bass for about 3 years. Muse is their consensus favorite band and they have seen Muse over a dozen times.
There is a better video of this concert with front on views, and you need yo se Ale front on and how amazingly talented she is at this age 9, Pau 12, Dany 14.
Nick- You should check out Missioned Souls cover of this song. Kids aged 10-15. A brother 10 and his three sisters 12/14/15. They also did plug in baby. Missioned Souls is a family band like The Warning. You should check them out. I don’t know if they will make it big like The Warning but they have special talents for their age.

She got in.
That's not a rumour, it's a relatively well-known fact.
No matter what age I watch them, they are always The Warning ⚡⚡⚡ 🤷
Ale is a BEAST on this bassline.
✌️💖🎼🎶

I provided him with the link to their cover of "Resistance". You're welcome. 😂

There's different footage with better line of sight on Ale and you can see her flex. She plays both over and underhand with her left hand. She's 11.

@@NoSmokingDogs I've also never seen the "Ale-back cam". It is very interesting as we se her beginning to learn her signature moves.

It's the one she uses for Que mas Quieres.

It was both Ale's and Pau both under the age limit to gain admitance.
They open for Muse several times they are absolutely muse fan girls
As if there was ever any doubt, absolute Rockstars!
Pau's song was the Foo Fighters song from this same show! She was too young also! Its so fun watching this whole concert and all of their classmates singing along!!!!!
Yes. The song was Everlong

Not sure if it was the stage, or the camera mount that was a bit to flimsy there.
Sure something was a little bit flimsy, but at the same time it does give a sense of power. And it's really not distracting.
🤘⚡️🤘

Ale's song to get a pass to get into the Berkeleey school of music summer program... She was like 3 years to young......
Same for Pau also to young to enter the Berklee summer program.
Ale was 5 years too young. Cutoff was 15 years old, both Ale and Pau (at 13) needed waivers.
Here's their cover of Muse's "Resistance" playing in their basement aka 'The Warning Cave'

Locura!!!
Recommend the 'x anniversary' video for a great personal look at TW thru their eyes. Think you would enjoy it.❤
They were opening for Muse when Ale had her unhinged rock star moment,
