2.9 cr is on the expensive side for a 3bhk in Marol which has poor roads, congested vicinity. To top it all you'll have slum views from your apartment. Bldg barely has a lobby, the flat is ok in terms of size, layout and sunlight though. Washrooms don't have dry area but LR & kitchen are spacious enough.
Flat is awesome from inside but lobby area, building maintenence a big zero. Slums around also a negative point. Price too high.
