I've had games where I pop off and carry, and then some where I just get wrecked like 0-8, it's like I can't land any shots or get focused, but never a k/d that bad. That's why I never touch comp and play unranked. Doesn't help that I can only play on a 15 year old laptop that's dying but I can't get out of debt, so a new one isn't an option.

Watch some videos on heroes that catch your attention. And trying playing alone sometimes and don't shy away from playing mystery heroes as well as deathmatch, not just qp; and obviously if you feel confident play competitive solo queue. Other than that have fun, continue learning, mind your schedule outside of Overwatch and good luck friend.
