    Doctors I met didn't know how to help me and only wanted to give me Xanax. Therapist didn't realize I had DR/DP and existential thoughts. Natural path thought I had PTSD. I was the best doctor for myself. Reading, research, meditating, prayer, exercise and good eating habits. Your videos are very helpful.

    Great video but how my anxiety grew was some of these doctors find a way to sell you on thermos stuff so you don’t really know what your issue is even there test they will say you have it slightly and then your left wondering and that goes to more anxiety … doctors are what have cause my mental issues

    The dpdr convinced me i had somekind of brain tumour. At times when its bad, even though i know its dpdr i still question is it something else thats causing this. I like the blonde when she gets passionate and starts swearing🤣. Shes been there, you can tell by the fuck you she has to it. Keeps it real👍

    Open question - what is the best way to desensitize? :) Still did not find one…

      Whatever you are feeling or thinking, leave it alone. Then you will be desensitized
