- Silvers in Chinatown! 🇸🇬 With silver and gold prices still at record highs, its becoming expensive to add to my stack. So I thought I might look for alternatives at one of my favourite coin store here in Singapore. This is William Ng Collections, a store I have showcased on this channel several times before. For this visit, I won't be looking for common bullion, rather we will be searching for coins and rounds to add to my collection.
Join me in this video as I shared with you some of my pickups from William Ng. I will be using some of them as topics for upcoming videos so do stay tuned to the channel. Some great pickups! Congrats. The 1989 Onza isn’t commonly seen these days. Wasn’t familiar with Straights Settlements coins. Pretty neat 👊
Hiya coinsense. Good to know the 1989 Onza is not a common coin. Really happy to have this first Onza and looking forward to adding more. I’ve done videos on the Straits Settlements coins early on in my channel (looking back, they are terrible videos LOL).

Always nice to see what you pick up from one of your favourite coin stores in Singapore S2G, a very cool variety of collectable silver pieces, the Austrian Thaler is the real standout for me, followed by the Mexican Onza, you seem to be addicted to Ballarat Sovereign Hill tokens, interesting twist on the 1935 Malaya 20c silver coin. Yes! I had a wonderful visit at William Ng. Quite happy with my pickups and wonderful to share them with the community. I can't remember if I told you but I had 2 bouts of kidney stones with lingering effects over the last few weeks, but I am over it all now and back on track, so finally catching up with my comments 🤣🙏👍

Those silver bars are quote unique. I think my favorite of the lot. Georgie, you told me you were not gonna start buying the Onzas/Libertads. You lied😂 Congrats on your first of I hope many. 1,396,500 for the BU 1oz thst year.

But William Ng Collections gave me a deal I just couldn’t refuse. Gotta say, they are really pretty coins, I can see why many stackers like them so much. I doubt I will be adding more onzas unless I can find them at low premiums. But you never know right. Cheers buddy and happy stacking 😊✌🏻
@@send2georgie_S2GLibertads do have a high premium but IMO they are the best annual bullion to collect. I have been casually working on completing a date set. I don’t think I’ve got an ‘89. Very nice pickup

Nice additions, I recently picked up two mercury dime rounds also with no idea who makes them either, I think mine are very recently minted and probably still being made
Yes there are some minor variations with the Mercury rounds. Some are easily identifiable. Still haven’t discovered which Mint made my round. So share if you find out more. Cheers Wager and happy stacking ✌🏻😊
