Very personal moment here: At the beginning of the year, I started writing to begin the process of working through the trauma I had endured all of my life. And every time I sat down to write, I would play the "WATER" music video. I loved the narration at the beginning and the beautiful instrumental at the end (I need an extended version of that, it is so soothing). Recently I've experienced an extremely low, hollow point but during that wave of darkness, with tears in my eyes, I committed to what I know I need to do (which is create and share my creations boldly). And today you dropped this amazing video, and I too, CAN'T GO BACK! You and Nina Simone have been getting me through it. So I want to say thank you. Thank you for being honest, your vulnerability affects the heart, your music heals the soul. And whether anyone has told you this or not, you're honestly a prophet and anointed by God. This is only the beginning of your success! Much love from a college kid in the U.S. :)
