George, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and Director of the James Madison Program at Princeton University, joins Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen for a conversation on #CivilLiberties-the basic individual rights of all citizens, as expressed in the #BillofRights and reinforced by the 14th Amendment.
