Sharing my personal experience
3 months ago i ordered a chair at rs 3500 and the regular price of that item was 5600 around.
The order got stuck,means not delivered or shipped within the promised delivery date.
Then i called the customer care and they told me to order the product at current price.
I asked them for the confirmation mail and they sent it.
After the return period was over i received the balance amount around 2200 in my Amazon pay balance.
But this time my geyser was cancelled which i ordered at rs 7000(regular pricing 13000).
But they are not providing any resolution this time.
Have you followed the same process as like for the first one ??

Pr meri bhi galti thi email nhi krwaya, sab ku6 kiya maine jaise kaha, jb maine call kiya tb mukar gaye. Mere ko soap mehenga pad gaya 1500 -1700 ka order tha, jo item free mil rha tha vo bhi purchase karwa diya. Wo call bhi record nhi hua, sab agent alg alg baat krte h, Soch smjh k order karna ye TWS.
