Every single one of my wizards learned feint as soon as possible because it is your biggest lifeline when soloing and can at times feel nearly impossible without. When you get potent trap it becomes a god tier spell as well for obvious reasons. Great guide!!
Honestly great vid, but I would prefer Tower shield over all of the school specific shields, While they do defend way more, they cost 1 more training point total and after dragonspire you tend to encounter more and more enemies that use astral school spells and eventually shadow spells and tower defends against those too.
Within Avalon you get the Ponycorn for the Mass Prism, and even in Avalon the Fire Elf Village you get the Pierce Spells for your school specific which is necessary in some Bosses later on but still optional, but still good due to their high resist
I would take from almost every school to assist as a backup. Fire to Elf (needed against Elephant later). Ice to Tower. Death to Feint. Life to Fairy. Balance (Niles for blades and traps). Gal on Colossus Boulevard for Quench (Avalon). Starting in Celestia getting Sun (Enchants) and Star (Auras) to enhance damage. In Khrysalis, we get Shadow spells. I would utilize these spells for a secondary school to aid in lone fights.
I'd also recommend getting Shadow Shrike if you're not a storm or fire (they get it instantly). It's not strictly necessary unless you're doing pvp, but 50 pierce is very nice if enemies have high universal resist or shield a lot.
you must be missing a training point btw, i can confirm that the max you can have rn is 69, i have it on my max myth who completed every single quest in the entire game, there is also a training point guide on final bastion to help you get the last TP you’re missing
So instead of doing a side schools of spells because i still cant find a real reason to duo school even with school pips, you could totally go into life for better healing which still makes some sense
I took some time counting my TP from my remaining 27 TP on fire with total to the spent TP then i have a total of 70 TP i have done everything. lv 1-170. Now i took stun block back in the days when it cost 1 TP then it 71 TP.
I mean you’re right, but for death there’s not much you need to spend training points on. You get feint free so you really only need the sun damage spells, everything else is entirely optional. You get to keep more training points! At the later stages of the game, you have so many it’s not really a problem to get the spells you want. That’s why I tried to include the optional paths and secondary schools, so if you’re death you can train life or ice for the utility (although not really needed to train life) and train storm cause you get storm stats eventually too
How can I get Monstrous from the library or the bazzar? did they update the game? I remember being able to buy it from the library a few years ago but now that I came back to wizard101 in 2024 It seems like they changed everything. Can someone help plz?
thank you so much! I've just started this game and I'm a necromancer lv 33. Are there any short cuts for leveling up? I do wanna get Aoe death spells as soon as possible lol
It’s just a general guide for training points so most people aren’t death school. If you are death school, there are optional spells included like life and death! You might also like training storm spells because death will get some storm stats later in the game. But there’s also not really a need to train other schools since you already have feint so just saving your training points works too. You don’t need to spend all of your training points!
Yes! They’re good for balance as a support so you can blade people of those schools, or blade your hits that aren’t balance damage hits (elemental diffuse, hydra, chimera, etc.) but since you’re balance it doesn’t cost training points!
There’s no way to get a reliable +300 damage enchant! The tc gargantuan is only a drop and the tc epic doesn’t exist. Plus if you have the enchant treasure card, you still have to pull it which means either discarding something or having fewer cards than 7 in your deck anyway, and having to only put enchants in your offhand.

That tc Gargantuan only adds 250 damage, the spell card epic adds 300 damage, and there’s a treasure card colossal that adds 300 damage as well but that’s the one you can only get through drops, you can’t buy it. So you’re missing out on 50 base damage not training the epic spell!
fun fact if you have the lvl but not the zafaria quest done i your overleveled like me go to arcanum arpartments astral trainer and you can get collosal with out doing the quest you obviously need the prequisit spells gargantuan etc.
While technically true, there are other spells that are locked until you complete the quest, such as the blade and trap enchants which you cannot learn even in the arcanum until you’ve done the quests
The more of you who comment about feint the better the video does ❤
Fint 😭❤️
This sounds like a Feint.. (insert finger guns here.)
don’t forget cassie the ponycorn in avalon who gives mass prism
free for your school

Me: *laughs in Balance school*
Thank you so much! ❤️ I was wanting this video so much ❤

this is not as good as it sounds man
thanks for the guide. these are so helpful and i hope the blow up becomes real!!
good vid, always nice to see training point guides

Crazy cuz i was just thinking about looking for a video like this
Thank you so much! I had no idea about the azteca trainers and was wondering where you get potent trap and sharpened blade.
astral weeks is a van Morrison album :-) I like how wizard 101 has a lot musical references
FEENT FEENT FEENT
You forgot about mass prisms in Avalon, very helpful
also worth mentioning if ur willing to put in the time or money u can get grendel's amends instead of satyr to save more training points
the way you pronounce feint.. :(
"Feent" 😅
😂😂
You got baited
Canadians pronounce it differently so give him a chance
He smoking that feent 😂
thank you for this video👍
Being Death means Ice shield is nice for me
Subbed for your guides. Good stuff man
Do a video on how to get the plant all spell in gardening, I’ve seen some ppl get them at different levels and different stages of their main quest
you must be missing a training point btw, i can confirm that the max you can have rn is 69, i have it on my max myth who completed every single quest in the entire game, there is also a training point guide on final bastion to help you get the last TP you’re missing
My ice wizard all the spells she have plus some others
What about balance school?
Imo satyr should only be trained if your balance or maybe like a support ice on a team. If not just buy tcs
Feynt (great video this helped me a lot)❤
So instead of doing a side schools of spells because i still cant find a real reason to duo school even with school pips, you could totally go into life for better healing which still makes some sense
mass prism forggoten

This video came out before the 3 new training points from Wallaru! I think the max amount of training points is 72 now!
Great guide, but you should leaves notes for those who already are death or life on what else to use the points on.

FEIN-t FEIN-t FEIN-t
What about any of the star auras?
How can I get Monstrous from the library or the bazzar? did they update the game? I remember being able to buy it from the library a few years ago but now that I came back to wizard101 in 2024 It seems like they changed everything. Can someone help plz?
You can still get it from every arc 2 treasure card vendor and the librarian from the Arcanum.
Death school needs that tower shield
Some schools really benefit from that early tower
thx
thank you so much! I've just started this game and I'm a necromancer lv 33. Are there any short cuts for leveling up? I do wanna get Aoe death spells as soon as possible lol
Feint makes everything easier fr
@4:12 you said Cenote oddly .... it's Seh-No-Tay.
Why am I only finding videos that imply you won’t choose undead as your class?

What to do with the other 29 lol
Do I still want Spirit or Elemental Blade as a Balance Wiz?
Yes! They’re good for balance as a support so you can blade people of those schools, or blade your hits that aren’t balance damage hits (elemental diffuse, hydra, chimera, etc.) but since you’re balance it doesn’t cost training points!
Ah I see! Oh yeah I forgor as Balance its free... Im dumb@@hjjofficial

Why train enchants? The treasure cards are cheap ajs keep deck small? Genuinely asking

I'm pretty sure feint is pronounced "faint" like if you pass out.
Pov: you don't know accents exist
Maybe he’s saying feint wrong for the algorithm!!!!!! Right guys? 😢
Yes… exactly… that’s definitely the reason
Levels 26-49💀
Imma need you to learn how to say "feint" properly.
