Really enjoying the new format with real games. I know you were unsure about it on stream, but having real world examples really helps show how to adapt the BOs. Also appreciate the 'didnt go to plan' examples.

Except that the civ got nothing to do with modern day India. More like Afghanistan (Ghurid dynasty), hence the language the units speak. Nonetheless Happy independence day.

@@xelio9050Persian was a common language in India. Infact URDU is a mix of Hindi and Persian. There are transferable words and common words in Persian and Hindi

Did some of this. Feels decent actually. Like you said I feel like I have resources for all the transitions and don't have to win that one huge fight in feudal to play later in the game. Also late game transition to the Stomping Elephant army is the sweetest :)
I've been really looking forward to a 2tc guide. I thought I was coming off as insane for doing it... though I generally use it in team games more than solo.
I've been doing delhi 2 tc in team games also and its a lot nicer to play
what i love about delhi is i feel like I can make Stable ARcher range and barracks compared to most civs where that cost way too much gold

Very cool video as always, but I still go for the House of learning to have MAA with +20% from tower of victory, and +3att to comp with war elephant so they protect the pachyderms, some springles in the back and random mix of units. This is my most effective go.
(5/7scholars to be created at every age up) so I reach imperial with the madrasa landmark, remove around 15 from food and have 5extra elephant slots
well HRE just deals with that just fine

Delhi always hit bad with direct and indirect nerfs... devs really don't want us to play Delhi but Beastyqt's tutorials make every civ overpowered.... Maybe devs need to nerf Beastyqt a bit... 🙃😛

I like 2 house on first pit mine and at 16 workers add next 2... at 20 add next 2. And make stable 2 archery for early fed push. Then transition into castle with fariba. Why 2 houses on gold. Fast fuedal

One thing I wonder is...doesn't this mean you stop yourself getting map control and sacred sites meaning you lose eco bonus from sites and age up slower so get village fortresses slower too? Just wondering how it works out more efficient eco wise
Hello beasty! Thanks for the guide, have you consider skipping first mosque and use DOTF as mosque? Don't you think getting sanctity fast is not really necessary to get sanctity fast if you have 2tc?
I can’t speak for him, but I think the first mosque is less for Sanctity and more so for the scholar to make all of your other dark age upgrades faster
@@ruffusisthebest7880 yeah but by skipping mosque you can actually make your 2nd tc by 20-30 seconds faster, i think overall its more beneficial to have it faster compare to having wheelbarrow 30-40 seconds faster

If enemy goes 1tc army do you just stay 1tc also? At least until you win a big fight?
i really wish you can do some SC, you are my favorite SC player, so much fun watching you doing nuke, mine and all other challenges. You dont have to kill a game like that, you can still casually play one or two games, just for fun...but wish you the best, no matter what you decide.
as an aside, a bit more into what to do with delhi 2tc against an HRE that does the full fast castle would be handy insight
i think going barracks when aging up to feudal and 2-3 spearmen and walling couple relics could be decent

Hi, would like to ask what would you do against HRE MAA all in? Delhi have a really bad unit composition against them.
Ghazis are good against them now. Just hit and run, and have a scholar or two back in base to heal injured ones. You'll get way more value out of your units, and you have the mobility that you can sneak a few past to raid. Then focus on aging up as well (I know ghazis are expensive, but you can hold with them), you can build walls to keep your food safe, and if you hit castle before hre you simply win.
I feel like your videos are more of a debate where we all learn together, for instance, you spoke about being ahead of your opponent, but you would be further ahead by doing the dome of faith, but you couldn't see why people like it.
