Are there any specific settings you used when switching to rendered mode around 8:05 into the video? I tried to recreate the jellyfish myself, but could not get the lighting properly working. Really great tutorial altogether! Edit: I must have accidentally pressed something to disable lighting, since I tried the light settings on a fresh project and it works.
