This isn't a nose job, it is a procedure in which dermal fillers are used to kinda camouflage or hide the hump of the nose, hence making it look like the nose originates from the forehead. It's usually done with local anaesthetics and people can go home as soon as it's over .....

Original nose; hope he turns around to love it after it dissolves. I am so iffy on the nose stuff. It’s a big no surgically. Never. I remember the Dr. Asking if he could make his own opinions on my session in areas I wanted . I said nope! I love my nose and it’s character and he never mentioned it again. I love my hybrid nose. Long thin and exotic looking forward. When I tilt it becomes an illusion of a slight petite pug tip like my nose before puberty. Profile it is pretty straight with a slight hump but not bump farther up near forehead side. I think adding cheek filler near the base of the nose will help my nose look less further out profile side and make it look less noticeable. Honestly. Sometimes it’s not the nose but around the nose

Looks like his nose is coming out of his forehead in the after. He looked better before. Nose was manly and natural looking. Hope he ends up missing his old nose after this dissolves. Some instances filler can look better. Not this case unfortunately.
