Omg! Thank *you* Nicole!! 😭 Please excuse the overenthusiastic lesbian fangirling in this video. You're awesome and I hope the swordy woodsplitter has continued to deliver! 🌈⚔️🌈
I wear flannel nearly everyday; but then, I own/manage/live/work in an 80-acre forest in the Willamette Valey in Oregon, so, there is that. I don't connect flannel wearing to LGBTQ culture, but I have no problem with it either. As she said: "It's comfortable, soft and warm." Or something to that effect. And being described as comfortable, soft and warm sounds okay by me. Cheers from a "Lumber Pete" in the Willamette Valley.
I’m not romantically interested in her, but I think she’s super cool and after seeing her cutting wood with that sword while wearing a fantasy elf costume I definitely wish I had the opportunity to roll dice with her. I don’t care if I have to be the ST. Just as long as everyone is cool with the Cypher System rather than 5E.
Weird, the elf cosplay was the first video i saw of her as well. And I, on the other hand, love wood-splitting, and tomboy women, so this is double the win for me.
Howdy! Really enjoyed your video. I'm a 40 year old white, straight guy who does own several flannel shirts! They are the bomb! Lesbian lumberjacks have the right idea🪓💪🏼❤ Also, I now need a splitting sword for my firewood!
Nicole, and her spirit animal, Bambi, are a wonderful fresh breeze blowing through some of the mustiness of UA-cam. Thank you for the interesting history lesson.
Re: Wood chopping swords, there is the French pioneer's sword which has saw and axe elements. The idea being a multi-purpose tool/weapon that doesn't require carrying three items through the bush. Re: Nicole, she absolutely rocks! I almost fell over laughing when she was refinishing an axe and staining the handle. As she was rubbing it vigorously up and down she paused, looked at it, and got a mock disgusted expression. Too funny!
For data collection purposes, I am an AMAB enby and do not own a flannel. In a surprisingly non-horny way I just enjoy Nicole Coenen's videos for the simple and unashamed joy she puts into everything she does on camera.
Family name ' Coenen' is an old Flemish name , still existing in Belgium and parts of The Netherlands . The Flemish pronunciation is like " coo-nun " , coo as in cool and the 'u' in nun is barely hearable . But for sure she will have her own way of saying .
I do like to wear flannel and I split wood using a maul or occasionally an axe. I also find an axe very handy for removing stumps. I am not associated with this community.
It's kind of like the sapphic colour scheme thing where there's always one in blue and one in red in media. I guess...red flannel lesbians pair with...denim lesbians??
The only reason I don't have that many flannels is that I prefer something with a hood, so it's hoodies for me. Love the lumberjack design thou, as an alternative person and a queer one :D Love to get me a sword thou, I've been kind of browsing for years, but I want something that feels right (have been already to a couple of renfairs sword stands, but those swords tend to be quite long and not that wieldable, they're more made to look fancy). So maybe I'm gonna take a look at axe swords.
Girls/"Ladies" can't be Lumberjacks. Cannot. Not possible. Impossible. Let's leave things in their proper order and call things as they are, what they are, the way they are. Precision of thought depends upon precision language; precision of speech needs depend upon precise thought. C.M.M.I.Y.W.T. 😁
This was very educational. Thanks!

Okie dokie
Pretty sure her inbox was flooded with marriage proposals from people of all persuasions after that one.

I love it. Now I am wondering about a system that can accomodate fantasy elf lumberjacks!
I love flannel shirts, axes and swords but that is not something only lesbian women can get into. It’s a preference for me.
SO....PAULA BUNION ? WHERE DOES BABE THE OX FIT IN?
Are you team "heck yeah flannel" or team "anything but flannel"?
Yes yes, we have loads of flannel 😄
I have flannel fabric, but I'm turning it into a mini kilt. #FemmeLife I suppose?
I did get 3m though. Maybe I'll make a shirt from the excess.
flannel has lots of qualities, but sexy it is not.
Flannels EVERYDAY
Not just flannel, but purple flannel ^_^

I need more ginormous swords
I MAY have a video coming up about ginormous swords...and I mean...GINORMOUS
@@joustgalpals 👀 sign me the heck up

You and Nicole are both adorable

Love the labrys earrings. Very appropriate.
She's a lumberjack and she's OK.....😂😂😂

I would have cast Nicole Coenen as Galadrielin in the Ring of Power program.
I would totally get behind the idea of lumberjack young Galadriel
Could you post her link? just want to see more of her videos
Her channel is tagged in my description, click on her name and it will take you right there!
I never wanted to work in a pet shop...
Thank you, this was very informative! I own no flannels, though I'm also not a part of the demographic I think you were trying to survey.

That sword is totally dope!
Thanks!! She's a Regenyei feder and I've had her for a bit more than 3 years such a great sword
What is it about girls liking sword swinging lumberjack girls?
They look like they could take care of you.
I have but one question. WHO THE FUCK THOUGHT GIVING LESBIANS WEAPONS WAS A GOOD IDEA?????
Yeah, but why is it always a red flannel? I do not know a single queer woman who doesn't own at least one specifically red flannel.
It's kind of like the sapphic colour scheme thing where there's always one in blue and one in red in media. I guess...red flannel lesbians pair with...denim lesbians??
Maybe because that's the traditional colour of the lumberjack flannel. Red and black is easy to spot in the woods.
The only reason I don't have that many flannels is that I prefer something with a hood, so it's hoodies for me. Love the lumberjack design thou, as an alternative person and a queer one :D

I want that sword! Good video ❤️
Thank you! Éowyn is one of my fave swords I will admit 😍
