I have this very peculiar interpretation as to how Angulimala chose his victims. Not that this might be exactly what Mysskin Sir would've had in mind.
The reason why he chooses women who are best at their profession is because they are women whose voices can be well heard, whose voices will blindly be trusted by the society for most part because of their reputation. His teacher was one among such people, whose single statement had him expelled from the orphanage.
Hence, he wanted to kill women whose words would matter more than anybody else's, who can easily put out false allegations so as to make the crowd believe them.
For the beheading, I'd simply say he cut them off right at their throat, which is metaphorically - their voice, thereby beheading them.
Simply put, it is the voices of the women that matter the most to the society that he loathes.

The unfortunate truth is, THIS KIND OF FILM CAN'T BE MADE IN HINDI.... Because the So called Reviewers will and some biased pseudo intellectuals will start talking about Morality and Ethics and blah blah. How can a killer die like this.... all these things would be questioned. God bless Hindi film industry who is yet to take this level of risk that is taken by directors in Tamil, Malayalam and even Kannada new wave.

Being an Industry insider, I know the struggle that Hindi filmmakers go through with the Censorship and the burden of Being Ethical and Moral. Hindi filmmakers are no less than Tamil or Telugu Filmmakers when it comes to The Exposure to World Litarature and Cinema. But the Thing is that production houses have a pressure and Policy to make the films sound moral in many ways and that reduces the chance of taking bigger risks for a film. There is a Film called Kafiron Ke Namaaz... It's a very well made and we'll articulated film but it didn't get a release and hence Dumped in UA-cam. The director never dared to take another risk like that again. So my statement are empathetic to the Unfortunate truth of Hindi Film Industry and the plight and fight of the filmmakers.
A "seasoned writer" needs to upload his screenplay document for others to learn from it .

Of all the interviewers who have done an interview on Psycho, i think this guy is Intelligent & innocent, all the question he asked was on par with the deep movie Psycho. Great observation. And above all, its great pleasure to hear Mysskin. I think this movie gave him chance and space to open himself.

The book (I think) is "Hitchcock" by François Truffaut. It has about 50 hours worth of interviews with Alfred Hitchcock. The revised edition is better. I believe that's what Mysskin is referring to. There are some of the transcripts available online too.

He is more than pseudo..but like most FC with reviewers, he's a well read amateur and a great speaker in that he is really good at selling his views and people are just rapt by it. They are caught up in their own biases and prejudices which will quickly become dated with time. But I agree with your view. There were some fundamental problems in the movie that only the next generation will bring to light in their discussions about the director. Right now, he is the cultural Zeitgeist among the society and like all fanatics, fans won't let you live for speaking like this against him. Especially when you are screaming like this in the Lion's den. Our makkal have become very radical now, easy to get angry and won't even think about why someone might have said something.
