    • @tanbonn211
      @tanbonn211 6 років тому +3

      Brandon Garven vehicle's battery produce about 12v. Electrical home stuff usually need input 120v (us), 240v (uk). Even ur handphone charger need 240v, then it will produce output as ur phone may need. the best part of alternate current is u able to change voltage using single component which is transformer.

    hello my friend.very interesting.I am Brazilian.
    with that system could you adapt a charger for that motorcycle battery?
    would it be an infinite generator?
    another doubt.
    can I connect a motor that is 220 any?
    because the idea would be to use this system in a mini car or mini motorcycle.

      1st question: no because if you try to recharge the battery it won’t charge only waste electricity because of the resistance of cables ,motor etc
      2:no I answered this in 1st question
      3:yes but it would waste electricity a lot

      It's more like a Mechanical power inverter

    • @fulldnbboy
      @fulldnbboy 4 роки тому

      with this setup there is actualy one big plus side - the pure sinus wave. Normal powerinverters are either square wave, modified wave or those damn expensive ones that have LCL filters in them, produce near pure sinus wave. They all add harmonics to circuit and other distortions. That ac generator however does not do that on the level inverters do. It produces as pure sinus wave as you can get and even filters out distortions after various buck converters like phone chargers etc. This setup is very much the best for such electronics like powering electrical motors, sensitive electronics like laptop and phone chargers IF you dont have any dc output with proper dc-dc converter for electronics. Also this is the cheapest way to get pure sinus AC compared to any inverters and good sinus AC costs way more than this puny setup. The only backdraw is its mechanical so at some point motor or generator will die. The speed at which they run is already quite high anyway. Also there is the noise part...
      I would run this setup at a bit lower speeds too since AC and DC outputs voltage was quite a bit higher than it should be and that will degrade faster all the electronics which are powered by such voltage. Normal would be 230V, id run it at 240V cause its lowpower setup and voltage drop will be bigger with higher powerdraws which will make nice 225-230V on the output.
      I actualy wonder what is the efficency here compared to using some powerinverters. Electrical motors are very efficent afterall and would this setup be more efficent than lets say elcheapo ebay square or modified wave inverter or some proper similar inverter.

    50W? really? Not even close 50W/220V=0.22A also ac socket its pointless bcuz when idle i bet its over 300V and over 60hz and with some load it can drop below 200 and also frequency is still higher than 50/60hz and what you can plug in other than light bulb or Mobil charger witch doesn't care about ac frequency. Learn engineering and how things works before you start doing pointless stuff like this

    So, if it's only 50W I can replace it with 24V DC 500W to be a strong generator
