- Use visualization meditation to get in touch with your unconscious routines during the day. In this video we go over your morning routine and if what you are doing and thinking is serving you or not. Visualization is focused intention, and in the meditation we focus on your morning routine as it is now, and then in a creative mind state we look from outside of ourselves, as our higher self, and support the person that is living this morning routine and be with them as you formulate any new ideas for new parts of your routine, or lean into the appreciation of what you are already doing. Most of what we do is on autopilot and this mindfulness practice helps us see what we may or may not want to be doing with our mornings and can be used for the rest of your day and routines as well.
