What makes a voice actor good is their acting, some of the top voice actors right now use only their normal voice but they’re successful because the point is to *act*. Doing a bunch of voices is just a bonus, what directors look for is good acting/talent, not how many voices you can do
The way voice actors and actors can play brave, heroic, and even wholesome fictional characters and then play some of the biggest, most menacing and sinister of villains is incredible. It's why I love Mark Hamill so much going back and forth from Luke skywalker to the joker

It's very impressive how they can effectively transform their voice to perfectly fit the role compared to voice actors who basically have one voice with a few variations.
Corey Burton is a perfect example for this. His Ratchet performance sounds nofthing like his Shockwave and Megatron performance performances. Or Captain Hook with Count Dooku. Sounds nofthing alike.

Bowlboy is also Bloo from FHFIF, Glomgold from Ducktales 2017, Lord Hater from Wander Over Yonder, Eaglelator from Unikitty!, and a lot of characters in some modern Looney Tunes shorts.
The voice actor for Reaper is also the voice actor of Bloo from Foster’s Home for Imaginary friends, Lord Saladin in the Destiny series (which they do reference), and the Ronin AI in Titanfall 2
Lets not forget, it's a similar case between Mario and Paarthyrnax from Skyrim (both voiced by Charles Martinet) or Duke Nukem and Big ghe Cat (both voiced by Jon St. John), it just shows how skilled the VA is. Also, for an even funnier example, the VA of Rouge the Bat and Ivy Valentine has also done the voice of Bubsy in Bubsy 3D.
Holy crap this is is why I absolutely love voice acting just seeing the range and the amount of talent that voice actors can bring to life with characters you would never guess that they would do characters that are so out there!!!
