you,re an excellent teacher
it is a shame that this type of generic information is not a part of basic diving certification
Top me , it is asafety concers as such a knowledge car prevent a panic situation in the case of an equipment that is not performing as it should..
excellent topic
very good video
Hi Jacques. Thank for the feedback. Today's Open Water courses are geared to getting certified with just enough info to get into the water. After that, Con Ed courses to learn the details of our sport. Glad you liked it. More to come.

Hey Alec amazing video explanation! I was thinking if you could do a video in the future, about Dacor's Modular system 1st stages.
If i can get more than the one I have now, will add it to the ideas list.

Great job 👏 I wouldn’t consider a spring as a moving part 😊
I wanted viewers to think about it, just 2 moving parts in a piston, simple and reliable.

interesting thanks
You're welcome.

25 ish year MK 17, going for another 25 , its probably the best.
That one will last a loooooong time with love and diving. Thanks for watching.

My Genesis Prana Regs use a Piston. And are Rated to 50F.
Most regs today are rated to 50F/10C without modification. Anything colder needs ice diving training and gear. Go Pistons!
