Not a bad place, I actually rather like it, lot size is perfect; ONE point to ponder, 7 ft. ceilings are NOT suitable for ceiling fans.....too low, dangerous, I would remove that....
When you show a house, stay out of the kitchen and bathrooms, your in the way of every things, and who ever is filming needs to stay focused on these areas more, and not be in such a rush, we can't see any outlets or count any draws, because your standing in the way and camera is moving to fast. It's torcher, if you have a SPARK of interest! You do this in every showing!
These videos are to give people an idea of the house and the layout, to see if they would like to come and see the house in person. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for your feedback Gwen. We couldn't possibly show every outlet and drawer, the video would be way too long. The videos are just a way to show the house enough for folks to decide if they want to set up a showing in person. Thanks for watching!
