Going to tough stopping the Lions from getting 2nd which means either 1st or 3rd week of finals will need to win in either Brisbane or Sydney. Then, they reverted back to relying on Cripps to drag them back into the contest in the second half, and it wasn’t enough, just like it wasn’t enough against the dogs two weeks ago. He may win the Brownlow, but that is not the formula for Carlton to win the flag.
