hey guys,i have a problem.i want to turn off the heating completely, so i set the thermostat to the OFF. the problem is the heaters are still hot even after an hour or two or even more and continue to come on. i have no idea how to fix this issue. any help will be appreciated

Thanks for the video. The paper instructions are very difficult to understand and you need a PhD to comprehend what's it all about. Your video was clear, concise and simple enough, even for me.
That's so true about the paper instructions. Thankyou very much for this video . My boiler stopped heating that's because batter in Thermostat needed changing . I will be changing my heating times. Thanks again

Firstly, bravo for the nice video, very good. Another thing now: When the heating is on, I have hot water. Is it possible with this thermostat to have hot water without the heating? Just hot water?
The thermostat is a single switch which can switch one thing or multiple things depending on the wiring, but there is still only one switch so it can not be programmed to recognize different things to be switched, its all or nothing.
@@Kiwiash1 hi there. Is there any way to reset the unit? The floor just keeps getting hotter & hotter, even though I have manually set the tiles to off. Cheers
@@jakemeke8750 Put new batteries in the unit but make sure the battery holder has clean shiny terminals. Then reset by push and hold the Clock button and then push and hold the the + & - keys all for 5 to 10 seconds and it should restart. Cheers Ash
@@jakemeke8750 set the sun temperature to 30c and then use the slider switch to go between sun and moon a few times until you hear the relay inside the unit clicking, then set moon and adjust temperatures to normal and it should ok.
I don't get. Why should a thermostate be projected just for "floor temperature" only.... I just need to know how to switch ON the radiators IF I'm cold, and switch it OFF if I am warm. I understand the time set, the timetable schedule, etc. Now.... Please can someone tell me just how to Switch ON in a specific moment, for example NOW, and how to switch OFF WHEN I will be warm
@@leannerobson3998 Use the Sun as ON and the Moon as OFF. Set the sun temperature at your comfort number and set the moon to OFF by holding the minus button for 5 seconds after it gets to 5C.
So I have come.to bed and put the mode night on I have it set to 16.5c at he moment. When the sun comes up.i will turn it to sun mood set to 17.5 I dont like timer moods never had never used just moved home
Wasting my goddamned life trying to figure out how to turn this fcuking unit OFF. This video doesn’t tell you how to do that. Nevermind, I’ll just waste my DAMN power heating my floors while simultaneously running my aircon in this scorching weather!
Shane Kitson hey mate - I had he same issue - keep lowering the temperature to 5, the lowest, then hold the down button for 4 seconds. It’ll write up OFF

Make sure the battery terminals in the battery holder are clean.

Hi Scott, Moon is off and Sun is on. Just set the temperatures in each mode then just switch between them for on or off.
Doesn’t make sense. Why would you set a temp for “moon” if “moon” is OFF? Why does OFF (aka “moon”) have a temp at all?

Taken the batteries out when it is energized will leave on or vice versa.

What is the heating indicator? the triangle ?
This tells you when the relay that switches the power to element is on or off.
