I would honestly make the guardian of the over world a chicken. The reason is because with a wooden sword, you can one shot a chicken but two shots a pig with a wooden sword. But this is just my opinion.
Theory: The leader of the simulations is the actual UA-camR Evbo. The Evbo being experimented on is a completely different Evbo, one who basically lives inside of minecraft. The simulations are in order to make content, and what they are testing is how well different simulations, or videos do, like viewcount-wise.
