- I’m training to qualify for the US Olympic trials in the marathon. I’m also a full-time engineer and father. Living the double life is fun, but it can be a challenge!
Track me at the McKirdy Micro Marathon this weekend (6:30am ET)

Yay Michael!
Show us your running gear and nutrition! You have to have these dialed in for what you are accomplishing. Thank you for the great vlogs!
Awesome video, I’ve been waiting for you to start a UA-cam Channel!!!!
More to come!
i gotta know what kind of engineering you do (i’m a civil engineer). getting the miles in every week is no joke!
I got my degrees in mechanical, but I’m currently a manufacturing engineer at a medical device company!
I want to hear the full walk on story
Coming for sure ;)
Who was your favorite teammate at BYU and why is it Rory Linkletter?
^ Title of a video that may be released in the future. Stay tuned
😂
Advice for a 3rd grade runner with a streak for mischief?
I’m on the BYU farm team, do you have any tips for walking onto the real team?
It's a tall task! I would make sure your goal is higher than to just make the team. The goals you have as an NCAA athlete should drive you towards greatness, and making the team is just a step in the process. If you're going to be relevant in the NCAA someday, start training like it now
Yeuhhhh YOU TUBE !!!!
Where I belong haha
Viewer 1033 to watch this :)
:) far surpassed my 100 viewer expectation lol
