Thanks for your review! Would you happen to know what exactly the difference betwen this and the new version the SLII-S beyond that is bigger and no rubberized focusing ring any more?
You can still find some on eBay in Germany , Italy , Poland between 350€ to 400€ , maybe I will sell mine if you interested , the new version is bigger 499€ to 549€ i am sure they changed something in the new version , I replaced my 58mm Nokton with the new version in 2016 and they are like two different lenses , the new version resolve more finer details and it’s not soft anymore at 1.4
One for the Df :) I was only thinking recently I wish you would do more reviews on old film lenses :)
I just purchased one for my F3 can’t wait to try it out I’m new to this as well
We want sample images! Nice review!

Sorry, I am not familiar with the new version.
You have it right. It's a similar make-over as the 58 mm Nokton. Same lens, different cosmetics.
Any sample images on film?
Nikon F mount.
I need one, difficult to find in Europe 😭
