Then neglects the buses. So not with public transit, but almost with public transit. Buses include the Q3, Q10, & B15. Plus, you’ll only have to pay $2.90 instead of $12.90.
The buses go to Lefferts Blvd JFK Air Train station. You will need to transfer to the Air Train. Its free though (You only have to pay if its from the subway).

In NYC’s JFK Airport and New Jersey’s Newark Airport, the AirTrain people movers are pre security of the airports. In Atlanta airport, there are two people movers. The skytrain runs outside the airport between the airport’s domestic terminal, GICC, and Rental Car Center. The plane train is post security connecting between the domestic baggage claim, and T and A-F Gates (airside concourses).
At BWI Airport in Maryland, you can reach the airport directly with the MDOT MTA Maryland Baltimore Light Rail Link (service is about half hourly on that branch). You can also transfer from the BWI Airport Station on Amtrak and MARC to either the MTA Maryland 75 bus or a FREE shuttle bus of BWI Airport (the rail link route), to head directly to your airline stop.
you forgot the best and cheapest way there, the Q10 bus, do not support the scam that is the airtrain by paying at Jamaica and Howard beach, get off at lefferts and you are free with the bus and subway
I just wish that AirTrain fare didn’t have to be so expensive, like come on! $8.25 is WAY TOO MUCH! The 2019 fare raise was already nuts and each time the fare keeps increasing, it’s only getting worse and worse. If you are visiting frequently at JFK though, however $28 is a good price for a 10 trip pass.
Q10 limited: you should definitely try me! I can get you from Kew Gardens to Lefferts Boulevard in under a half hour. And hey, my name has “Limited” in it so I can be fast like a rabbit! Bus talk humor! 🤣🤣

@@Dezlite Yes. That station is free so long it’s the long term parking stop.
And the Q10 limited is a pretty fast bus route, just a half hour from Kew Gardens to the airport.
Forgot to mention the Q3 Q10 and B15 and also forgot to mention that during rush hours you can get the A going to Rockaway park beach 116th too
Not much of a point in mentioning it when that only happens 8 times a day

Thank you, MTA info for this information on how riders can ride trains and rail roads to JFK International Airport. : )

I don't think the Q10 still goes to the airport sadly... I believe that the only bus currently serving the airport is the Q3.

How do you make Penn Station to Jamaica more express? We have this already.
