I'm about to receive (tomorrow) my first 2 tamagotchis in 20 years: Pix Party Confertti and Uni purple.
I had no idea that they now make them in color and with minigames, so when a friend of mine bought the Uni, I dreamed that I had one too. Doing some research, I found the Pix, which I think is going to be my favorite because of the button on top, the colors, and how big it is.
Thanks for making this video, I'm trying to learn as much as possible so that my inner child and my adult self can enjoy my new tamas as much as possible after 20 years without playing with them.

I'm on day 10 of my first pix (trying for 100 days of weeptchi) and so far I've changed the batteries once.
I use enloop pro batteries which are expensive but pay for themselves in time.
I actually learned a few things about my pix from this.

Does it reset the Tama when you change the rechargable batteries? This is the one thing I've been holding off about...

These are some very helpful tips! I wasn't aware the Pix' camera can only recognize such few colors! Explains a lot of stuff I read online about the camera. I think this video came out great. @@JillGrygas Hmm I can't think of anything you missed! The most obscure one I know is inviting the tama you want to your party 5 times (only just learned that one myself, I have yet to try it out) so I think you got everything! Have fun on your trip! 😊
So today my Tamagotchi watered the trees and got fluffy clouds honestly my reaction was what the heck since when also it was also quite funny at the same time.
It's so funny! Did I talk about the hot dogs that fell out of my tree once in this video? I got hot dogs haha. So strange!

I just started using the tamagatchi pix party and I had a lot of fun even though I had to check out some new places and when I came home my tamagotchi was dieing and I could not call the ambulance. I bought my Pix secondhand because it was much cheaper here in Brazil, and the screen was already a little scratched even when the person claimed to have used it only for a week. First thing I did was put on a screen protector and a case that I'd bought even before the Pix itself 😅
Whoever you bought it for might have only played it for a week. They get scratches in the screen so easily! How are you liking the Pix?

I never knew they could only recognize the 5 colors 😭no more getting flustered when I don’t get pink or purple lol
I swear, i’m either colour blind or the box of the og pix had purple paint when they showed that u can paint furniture, etc
I cut a segment for time of me going on about how many times I tried to get purple, pink, and green. Not that I know about the 5 colors it’s a lot less frustrating!

I had a pix. Until it died and I had to quit because I broke it but no one gave it to me. Also I have been a big fan for at least 6 months. Thanks for the wonderful update with the pix!

I just got my Tamagotchi pix party and this video is very helpful. I'm going to try to avoid the QR codes for my first playtrough. It was pretty hard to find one in my country :D i payed like 65 euro for it. So far it is pretty fun! Edit: I bought the Panasonic eneloop re-chargable batteries which i used before so i should be good to go.

I us dollar store battery and they were lasting 2 days or less... so about 2 weeks ago i clue into turning the brightness down thinking if it drains phones probably same goes with tam.... but I didnt expect it to make the difference it did ....now i can get a week out of then!! And i us my tam alot !
I'm so glad turning down the brightness helped! It's probably my number one tip for battery saving!

even though this is 7mo i've been thinking of getting a pix party. I do have a uni but i'm bored and i want something that more interactive i guess.
I love the Pix Party! I think it's a lot more interactive than the Uni. I love raising the tamagotchis to get different jobs. You can also "pet" them with the touch buttons and take pictures with them. It's a really great Tamagotchi.

Did you swipe on the buttons to move to different screens? It’s past the screen where your Tama goes outside.

Use the baby sitter! There is an option under the phone icon to call the baby sitter to take care of your tama during the day.

@@emmahu3589 That's understandable. YOu can also take the batteries out for however long you need. When you put the batteries back in just click "continue" so you don't lose your progress!

I have one question of i say no to the tamagotchi to the end part can still i send it to his planet?
Great question! I have never done this myself, but I remember someone on here telling me that you can still send it home at a later time. Here is what I found on reddit: You just choose to send them home whenever you want, after you’ve said no the first time. You do this by going to your item Box, and under Decor will be the option to make an album. This sends the tama home.

Mine has a mini screen protector that I put wrong 😂 but there is and the silicone case ❤. No a rechargable batteries bc I didn't find in my local wholesale club 😢 so 32 batteries!

Thank you! I'm glad you found this helpful. As for deleting the pictures- Go to Camera, Album, select an album, then hit the middle button on the picture and one of the options will be Delete.
I definitely didn’t know I could keep it as long as I want. Will something pop up asking if to stay longer when that time comes?
I haven't had this happen to me, but I think it's when it's time for them to go back home an option will pop up to ask if you want them to stay. You have to have really high friendship with them in order to get this to happen.

Sorry for a stupid question. How is the screw quality? I am asking because I am worried about its quality since you open and close it every few days to change the batteries
I really thought I responded to you but I see your message listed as not having a response. I'm sorry about that! I went and pulled out my Pix from storage and the screw quality is pretty good. I had mine for a few years and there are no issues :) It's also something that can be replaceable if needed.

How do you get the VR set?
I think I jjust bought it in the shop. Items rotate if I remember so if you keep looking you'll eventually get one! Or I think you can probably find a QR code if you search for it on google.

Yup my first Pix got all scratched up and I learned from that. Be careful with the Uni- some clothes will put scratches in the screen when you are putting on the screen protector!
HI! I didn't understand the part where you say that when the tamagotchi dies you can decide to have it stay with you forever. How can I do this?
You have to get the happiness and friendship up to max. Then when it tries to go home you can ask it to stay forever. I haven’t done this yet, but I’ve read that is how it works

@@JillGrygas Well? Yes, Mama is alive and though very sick, I am getting time with her. Miracle after Miracle. Coma, sepsis, renal failure and blockage from cancer and nephrostomy tubes (no longer urinates through the regular way), told to come say good bye and I was begging god, the universe, for more time and i got it. The hospital said they never seen anyone come back from that. Than a blood infection almost got her and she came back fully from that too. 🩵🩷💜 I am just beyond thankful to have more time.
