Here he is so well researched and able to surprise Chris and bring him into unexpected happy recollections of filming .... You can see the actor come alive and enjoy the process as a result
in the wonder woman comics, the goddess Aphrodite brought him back to life , and also got a new identity ( now called steve Howard). I highly doubt this will happen but its just a theory :)
Yeah, I think you are right. Also, it would mean those who are making this movie would actually consider we, the audience have brains and think for ourselves, which of course they don't.
This can't be it, because in the universe WW is set all the greek gods except Zeus were murdered by Ares. Zeus then used what was left of his power to create Diana so that she could kill Ares. So it's a nice theory because it means Steve is actually alive albeit different, but impossible unless they do some retconning.

OMG, Chris that advice from J.J. Abrams was definitely not the best you've ever had. It might have been the worst! It was a very revealing remark about J.J., though. Look at where that kind of thinking got him on Rise of Skywalker.
It really explains how Abrams sees Star Trek, its just action and go-go-go! No real thought or substance about the story. That's why these movies ultimately failed.
It's very good advice for an actor on a big budget sci-fi film where time is money. You can't of course apply that logic to every situation when you're a director. Depends on the movie and the dialogue. I mean, for a science heavy blockbuster like star trek, the actor doesn't really have to understand every word of the dialogue.
