Damage inside the S54?

The whole motor has to be completely apart to take the crank out of it.I saw the crank main bearings.And they do need to be changed.Have built more than a handful of these things...

Timing chain is cheap and is known to stretch replace it

Yes, I'm already a full rebuild later haha. The engine got completely stripped and rebuild
