Hi. My client plans to connect the copper strip to a copper cable meant ground a CT Scan machine. Is this recommended?
Generally, does ESD flooring require a dedicated grounding point or is it acceptable to connect with the earthing terminal inside any nearby electrical outlet?
I would appreciate any insights you that you could provide me in this matter. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your question. They should connect the strip to electrical ground - outlet - and allow the CT Scan to be grounded as it normally would be to electrical ground.
