I got that q-tip up the nose, too! The doctor said "It doesn't sound like the flu...but just in case we're going to test you"... it was terrible.
That earthquake woke me up, too! It woke me up and lasted long enough for me to think that maybe I should do something about it... but then it stopped!
I agree with you on the cold, too! I recommend thermal wear from Uniqlo! It will keep you much warmer!

Fuji san was covered with snow when I saw it from a train this morning. No wonder it has been cold this week.
